Terms of sale
The reasonably
plain terms.
These terms apply to purchases made through the Lil & Squish store by customers in the United Kingdom.
Last updated 27 August 20261. About us
Lil & Squish is a partnership between Mara Bell and Theo Okafor. We trade from Studio 3, Finsbury Yard, 110 Green Lanes, London N16 9EJ. Contact: hello@lilandsquish.co.uk.
2. Products & prices
We take reasonable care with descriptions, measurements and photography. Natural materials and screens create small variations. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown before an order is placed.
3. Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement is not acceptance; a contract forms when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order for stock, payment, pricing or suspected fraud reasons and will refund any sum taken.
4. Delivery & risk
Estimated delivery timings are described on the delivery page. Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be delivered within 30 days. Responsibility for goods passes when they are delivered to the address supplied; ownership passes once full payment is received.
5. Cancellation & returns
UK consumers generally have 14 days after delivery to cancel without giving a reason and another 14 days to return the goods. Refund timing, return costs and the standard-delivery refund are explained in Shipping & returns. Personalised goods and properly sealed hygiene-sensitive goods may be exempt where the law allows and the seal has been broken.
6. Faulty goods
Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Your statutory rights are not limited by these terms. Contact us for the remedy required by law if something is faulty.
7. Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for business losses arising from consumer use or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the law applying where you live in the UK. You may bring proceedings in the courts of that part of the UK. If a term is unenforceable, the remainder continues.
