Standard tracked delivery is £5.50 and free when the goods subtotal is £75 or more. Orders usually dispatch within 1–2 working days, with delivery 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Unless a different timeframe is agreed, goods will be delivered within 30 days of order confirmation.

You may tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after the goods are delivered, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to send them back. Use the model cancellation form or email hello@lilandsquish.co.uk.

Return items clean, unworn beyond normal inspection and with their original packaging where possible. You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

We will refund returned goods within 14 days of receiving them back, using the original payment method. For a complete cancelled order we will also refund the least expensive standard delivery charge offered at checkout. We may reduce a refund if handling beyond what would be reasonable in a shop has diminished the item’s value.

Nothing here affects your rights when goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.

Contact us as soon as something is wrong, with the order reference and a clear photograph where useful. We will provide a remedy in line with your statutory consumer rights, including repair, replacement or refund where applicable, and cover reasonable return costs.
